Technical Data Sheet

Structure of the Electrode

range*:
  • 5 10-5 to 1 mole chloride
  • 1 to 35,000 mg/L chloride

The iRAS chloride selective electrode is an solid state membrane electrode. The chloride selective membrane is made from a highly pressed AgCl/Ag2S sensor element embedded in a plastic shaft by means of a special resin.
A silver contact layer and a shielded cable is used for potential discharge.
